A must have tool for property management

If you have more than a one story building you simply cannot use a small, short drain cleaner. One needs one at least 75 feet in length and this one is 100 feet. It helped us clean out 4 floors of debris and grease in the sink drainage pipes! I don't know why I didn't buy it years ago!

I’ve only used it once so far. Easy to use, trees are notorious in our area. Cleaned the drain myself, saved paying roto rooter $$$ for the last time!! I’m glad I didn’t buy the auto feed, watched multiple videos and they suggested the manual one, you can feel the blockage with your hand! Also like the 1/2” cable, no kinks!!

I purchased this drain cleaner because of recurring issues with my main drain line.I also purchased additional Ridgid drain cleaning attachments for the machine.I didn't have to use anything more than the original ball attachment. Also I purchased the 1/2 inch drain cable.It took me no time at all to get through the blockage, the snake worked perfectly.I would highly recommend this.
