Refund is offered if returned unopened, unused/uninstalled, in its original packaging/sealed and serial number matches the purchase order, otherwise, there is a 20% restocking fee.  Refund does not include shipping and packaging costs.
4) Buyer pays return shipping if item is not defective. Seller will pay for return shipping if item is tested defective and will waive the restocking fee.
