We ship within 1-2 business days of receiving cleared payment via UPS Ground or USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
If payment is received on a weekend or holiday, shipment will be on the following Monday or the following business day.
Hassle-free RETURN POLICY:
Within 30 days of purchase, the customer may return any item in its original package for an exchange or refund.  We give a refund less the actual shipping charge we paid for shipping.  Please note the customer is responsible for the shipping charges incurred for returning any products.  We do not provide any refund or replacement for any item that is unpacked, used or damaged in any fashion.
If the item, when received, is not as described or defective in any way, we will replace the item at no cost to the customer or issue a full refund.  The choice will be at the discretion of the customer.
