    Description

    This listing is for an auction lot of Esterbrook Fountain Pens (7) plus one pencil and ballpoint pen.
    The four typical Esterbrooks FPs are basically good parts pens.  The two larger diameter ones have broken clips.  The green and copper ones are restored (dunno why I did it, seemed like the thing to do) though nothing special.  The copper pen would be the star (great color and Relief nib) but the lever moves out slightly and it has a few scratches on the barrel.  The green pencil has suffered from someone who tried to soldier the cap band back on.
    The interesting ones - also included are four Esties that make my eyebrows arch (I'm a Sheaffer guy myself so that's saying something!).
    The desk pen is pretty much NOS and still sports it original sticker, though it's curling around the edges.  The last pic shows the lucite tail piece against a white background. . . clear clear clear!  (Apple AirPods not included )  There are two fountain pens that are probably 1960s, one a cartridge filler and the other made like an Aero. model Parker 51.  The odd guy is the ballpoint pen.  I imagine that one is the rarest of the bunch, with the possible exception of the NOS desk pen.  The cartridge filler has a couple of corrosion spots on the cap though the rest is very sharp.  The Aero style and ballpoint are getting close to near mint.  And to top it off, the ballpoint works flawlessly and writes with its Papermate
    refill.
    Overall, this lot gets you some quality parts for your typical Esterbrooks plus some rare models you probably don't have.
