2. Description and features
· Don't take apart the High Pressure Air Filter, because disassembling will make the Water-Oil Separator non-working.
· The filter is made of aviation grade aluminum alloy shell, resistance to high pressure. It works by the physical principles of gas reflux, Variable diameter cooling, vapor condensation.
· Reach 90% effect of oil and water separation, No filter element consumables, It can be used over and over again
· Compatible with many kinds of air compressors
Note:
After the machine has finished the work, it is required to quickly loose the deflated screw to release air and oil-water mixture.
3. Notice
1.The Internal volume of 1 Filter is about 0.5L, It also takes time to Inflate them.
2. To ensure better separation (filter) effect, Please mounting (install) the filter vertically .
3. All connections need to be tightened with a wrench to avoid air leakage .
4. After the machine has finished the work, it is required to quickly loose the deflated screw to release air and oil-water mixture.

Working principle:
Beside on Physical principle, variable diameter cooling, steam condensation, gas reflux.
·When compressed air enters the oil-water filter, the flow direction and velocity change sharply, and the air flow is first pushed back down by the barrier of the filter, then up, and then up, producing a circular rotation. In this way, water and oil steam are separated from the air under centrifugal and inertial forces and drop op the bottom of the filter.
·Open the bottom pressure relief after each work to drain the oil and water liquid.
