The adapter part says on it Film/Slide Adapter RCA Japan. It also says 46 - 58 Japan under the bottom cover. The lens looking part says on the side Conversion Filter 52mm Japan. The 4 guides are metal. (Please see photos) Measurements: The adapter part measures approx.1 3/4" in diameter. x 5 1/2" long. The lens part is approx. 2 1/2" in diameter. The 4 guides measure approx. 10" x 2" and 5" x 2" (2 of each). The box measures approx. 12" x 6" x 4". Condition: This is in very good condition. It does not even appear to have been used. It is still in the original box and styrofoam. All but one of the rings are in plastic.
